Literary Writing

Coming of age in the vanishing rural landscapes of 1970s Southern California informs most of my writing, where both person and place find themselves on a journey of transformation. I also enjoy humor writing, reviewing books, and leading craft-oriented workshops for other aspiring writers. Scroll down for a selection of published work.
